PLEASE CHECK THE COMMODITY WHEN RECEIVING!

Delivery with visible damages (damages to the packaging) please do not collected and the write down the damage report which courier have. If such a shipment is received, it means that you don't mind its condition, so the complaint cannot be accepted.

If you have received a delivery which didn't have any visible damages, but after unpacking the parcels, you noticed that the commodity are damaged, please write down a damage report with the courier, and then file a complaint with BH-RES.

1. The deadline for submitting a complaint is 5 days from the date of receive of the shipment.

2. If you need to submit a complaint, please complete the complaint form:

3. The content of the application should include in particular:

a. customer data (company, registered office address) and contact person details (e-mail, telephone),
b. justification of the notification along with an indication of the circumstances in which the damage or lack occurred,
c. signature of a person authorized to represent the client.

4. To the notification should be attached the photos of the demaged commodity. Photos should be of high quality so that the damage can be clearly seen.

6. After accepting the application from the client, in the case of incomplete documentation, BH-RES will notify about the need to complete the missing information and providing them within 2 days, then the case will be forwarded to the complaint.
