The return of the purchased commodity is possible after informing the BH-RES company about the reason for the return. After acceptance, the commodity should be returned to the company intact and factory packed. Shipment of commodity to BH-RES is at the customer's cost.
For commodity should be attached a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt.
After receiving the returned commodity and checking them, a correction invoice will be issued, which will be sent by post to the address of the company's registered office.
