I consent, in accordance with art. 7 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the so-called GDPR, explict and voluntary permission to the inclusion in the database and processing of my personal data by BH-Res Mędrek i Wspólnicy Sp.
